Bilingual Kiosk Manager Fresco Supermarket- Wireless Retail

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wireless products and services

- Demonstrate and explain device features, plans, and promotions

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and industry trends

- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked

- Uphold company standards for customer service and store appearance

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a consistent customer experience


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for technology and wireless products

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information

- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

- High school diploma or equivalent required

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
  • Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in prepaid wireless sales management.
  • Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
  • Bilingual / English & Spanish proficiency.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

  • Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly + Monthly Sales Bonus Eligible.
  • Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
