About the Role

Description

  

Chevo is hiring a Federal Management Analyst to join our expanding firm. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client’s business and become a trusted advisor.  Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to Service Delivery, Data Analysis, Communications, Business Intelligence, and Government Mission Support operations related to mission-driven federal programs.


Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Advise executive stakeholders, translating concepts into actionable options that align with Government priorities and operational realities.
  • Manage program performance measures and data processes.
  • Support a government PMO contract applying a broad scope of skills and experiences, including ad-hoc surge support for a wide range of workstreams. 


Requirements

 Required Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree in any subject.
  • 2+ years supporting federal clients and government processes; or at minimum, strong demonstrated knowledge of government policy and operations with experience in service delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience with data analytics and KPI development, preferably in a government environment, along with basic understanding of internal federal data laws and regulations.
  • Ability to contribute to program strategy and process improvements, along with other mission support related workstreams.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, particularly when discussing data findings and recommendations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a government PMO contract applying a broad scope of skills and experiences.
  • Experience with research, survey development, data capture, intelligent automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and/or data governance to support decision making and mission outcomes.
  • Experience supporting education, healthcare, or security sectors.
