About the role:
In this role, you will support the Oversight & Process Strategy Director in shaping and strengthening the QPPV Oversight Model as well as driving process excellence across Consumer Safety. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust oversight frameworks, while contributing to the development of the Product Safety Governance Framework and supporting the activities of the QPPV Office. This position requires a strategic mindset combined with the ability to translate governance requirements into effective, end-to-end processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategy for Consumer Safety processes, including identifying risks and gaps and implementing mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to develop efficient, end-to-end processes aligned with governance requirements.
Provide strategic support to regulatory intelligence activities within the GVP environment.
Represent the organization in trade associations and benchmarking initiatives to influence regulatory bodies.
Drive QPPV networks and forums to facilitate oversight, share best practices, and support the global EU QPPV oversight model.
Manage QPPV-related activities, including:
Maintenance of the PSMF and regulatory documentation
Collection and analysis of data for oversight (e.g., dashboards, reports)
Coordination of QPPV Office activities.
Requirements:
Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
Working knowledge of pharmacovigilance legislation and its interfaces (e.g., Regulatory, Clinical).
Knowledge of non-medicinal vigilance (cosmetovigilance, materiovigilance, nutrivigilance) is a plus.
Understanding of governance frameworks and systems.
Proven project management skills in cross-functional environments.
Ability to collaborate and engage with stakeholder effectively.
Experience driving process strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborative approach to working with others.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Remuneration: 26 060 to 35 835 PLN gross/monthly.
