About the role:

The O2C Team Lead, Europe is responsible for overseeing Order to Cash operations across Poland, Ukraine, Czechia and Slovakia within the Europe Operating Unit. The role focuses on operations management, performance improvement and collaboration with Customer Service, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure delivery of key financial metrics.

The position drives operational excellence, implements best practices and ensures coordination across all stages of the Order to Cash cycle, working with Commercial Centres of Excellence, Customer Service and local finance teams across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the O2C team across Poland and Ukraine, assigning work, monitoring performance and supporting development within a collaborative team environment.

  • Manage collections strategy and dispute resolution, including defining priorities, setting targets, managing risk and driving actions to reduce DSO.

  • Oversee deductions management, including monitoring trade and non-trade deductions, ensuring SLA delivery, supporting month-end processes and managing escalations with commercial teams.

  • Ensure effective credit management, including order release processes, customer risk assessment and adherence to credit policies.

  • Build and maintain customer relationships to support timely payments, resolve issues and agree payment plans where needed.

  • Oversee cash application processes, ensuring accurate and timely allocation of receipts and resolution of discrepancies.

  • Deliver reporting on key O2C metrics and analyse performance to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Drive continuous improvement of O2C processes through optimisation, automation and alignment with internal policies and external requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.

  • Experience in Order to Cash or finance processes, including credit control and end-to-end O2C understanding.

  • Experience managing teams in a shared service or global environment.

  • Experience in FMCG is an advantage.

  • Leadership experience and ability to manage and develop teams.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Get Paid, HighRadius).

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel.

  • Communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

  • Remuneration: from 10 737 to 14 763 PLN gross/monthly.
