Operations Support

Mobile Flea Market is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented individual to join our Operations Support Team. This role is essential to keeping our marketplace clean, safe, organized, and running smoothly for vendors, guests, and employees.

Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old

Schedule: Full weekend availability required

What You'll Do

Support Daily Market Operations

• Assist the Operations Department with daily tasks and projects
• Respond promptly to requests and assignments via radio communication
• Provide operational support during market events and special activities
• Assist team members in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

Maintain Cleanliness & Appearance

• Pick up trash throughout the marketplace, parking areas, and food vendor locations
• Clean, stock, and maintain public restrooms
• Help ensure the property remains clean, organized, and presentable

Support Concessions & Vendors

• Deliver ice, beverages, and supplies to concession stands
• Assist with operational needs throughout the marketplace

Equipment Operation

• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment as assigned
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist in all areas of the Operations Department as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Forklift experience preferred (training may be provided)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be dependable and able to follow instructions
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
