Job Description
We are looking for a high-impact individual contributor to lead the identification, development, and scaling of new strategic partnership channels.
This role is not focused on people management, but on delivering direct business impact. The successful candidate will operate end-to-end — from opportunity identification to revenue generation — building scalable partnerships that drive growth and expand the company’s commercial footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and develop new partnership channels to drive commercial growth
- Lead the full lifecycle of partnerships: sourcing, assessment, business case development, negotiation, implementation, and performance management
- Structure and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal teams
- Develop scalable partnership models with clear monetization and performance metrics
- Drive revenue generation through partnerships, owning pipeline, conversion, and results
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial, Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal)
- Build frameworks, processes, and playbooks to enable scalability and repeatability
- Leverage data and digital tools (including AI) to enhance speed, decision-making, and execution
Qualifications
Experience
- Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or commercial roles
- Track record of generating revenue and building scalable partnerships or channels
- Experience managing complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong background in business case development and performance tracking
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with high autonomy
- Exposure to B2B and/or B2B2C business models
- Solid understanding of the financial services industry and market dynamics (required)
- Strong network and existing relationships with brokers and/or banking channels (highly desirable)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic thinking combined with execution capability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to structure complex problems and translate them into actionable solutions
- High level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
Languages
- Fluent / Advanced English (mandatory)
- Intermediate Spanish (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Trade Credit Insurance, Surety (Guarantees), or Financial Lines
- Experience within insurance, banking, fintech, or financial services ecosystems
- Experience leveraging AI or digital tools to increase productivity
- Background in ecosystem development (platforms, marketplaces, partnerships)
- Experience building new channels or business lines from scratch
- Background in consulting, strategy, or innovation-driven environments
Additional Information
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on delivering high business impact rather than managing teams.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong ownership mindset, operates effectively in ambiguous environments, and consistently delivers measurable results. This role requires the ability to influence without authority, work independently, and lead initiatives from concept to execution.
Success in this role is defined by the ability to create scalable partnership models, generate revenue, and deliver outcomes that drive meaningful business growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue generated through partnerships
- Number of new partnerships signed and activated
- Pipeline of opportunities
- Conversion rate from negotiation to implementation
- Time-to-market for new partnerships
- ROI and scalability of partnership models
