About the Role and about You:

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P) under the general supervision of the Director of Maintenance (DOM) is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing company aircraft to ensure they are safe, compliant, and mission ready. This role supports maintenance operations in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company policies.


You are a detail-oriented and safety-focused technician who takes ownership of your work and holds yourself to high standards.


What you will do:

  • Perform maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on company-owned and managed aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
  • Supports the Company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) by identifying and reporting hazards, safety concerns, and errors, participating in corrective actions, and contributing to a proactive safety culture.
  • Ensure all work is properly documented and completed in compliance with FARs and company manuals (GMM, MM, STC, ICA, etc.)
  • Initiate and complete maintenance documentation accurately at the start and conclusion of each task
  • Verify that all parts and components installed are approved, airworthy, and free from defects or contamination
  • Ensure removed parts are properly tagged with detailed discrepancy descriptions
  • Account for all labor and materials used, ensuring cost-effective allocation to each job
  • Monitor maintenance status and assist in developing work packages to maintain aircraft airworthiness
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete prior to return-to-service authorization
  • Support parts procurement by identifying cost-effective solutions (new, overhauled, or repaired components) while minimizing aircraft downtime
  • Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean and organized manner
  • Report faulty or inoperative equipment to leadership promptly
  • Collaborate with the Director of Maintenance, Safety, and other departments to support operational excellence and safety initiatives
  • Participate in company training and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification (required)
  • 3+ years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician
  • Strong knowledge of Part 91 and Part 135 operations
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to pass FAA background/ Drug Screening 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule 


Physical Demands:

  • Stepping up/down on ladders, tugs, and fuel trucks
  • Bending and squatting to lift equipment, up to 75lbs.
  • Standing and walking for extended periods of time, running when required
  • Good hand-eye coordination with good peripheral vision
  • Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.


Special Requirements:

  • Up to 25% of travel required
  • Ability to be on-call as needed for operational escalations
