Job Description

Be the culinary backbone of our Mola Restaurant (Colleague Restaurant) kitchen, working closely with the Chef de Cuisine to deliver exceptional dining experiences. With your creative flair and leadership skills, you'll inspire our culinary team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation in every dish we serve.

  • Managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, staffing, and inventory management.
  • Create and refine menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients, culinary trends, and heartist preferences.
  • Oversee food preparation activities, ensuring dishes are prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety regulations.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on culinary techniques, sanitation practices, and teamwork to maintain high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections of food items, ensuring proper presentation, taste, and temperature, and addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications

  • Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
  • Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
  • Communicate clearly with your team in order to provide high-quality meals to customers on time.
  • Keep up to date with new products, menus, and promotions.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and pull together as a team when needed.
  • A passion for delivering tasty and well-presented meals to customers each and every time.
  • Willingness to get stuck in, learn new skills and help out in different areas of the kitchen when needed.
