About the Role

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying and maintaining property related data from courts and official records, ensuring accuracy and completeness in our databases. The candidate should have background knowledge of the real estate industry in some capacity (i.e. Official Records document types, court case transactions or Title insurance background).  The Company is unable to sponsor applicants for work visas.

Duties

• Create and analyze reports• Enter, update, and maintain data with high accuracy• Multi-task across various projects• Manage workload and deadlines efficiently• Review reports and advance plant dates where needed• Conduct research to update legal property information using county and state resources• Review and correct production errors• Validate court and recorded document sets (such as deeds and mortgages) for complete and accurate property, party, and document associations• Leverage artificial intelligence and advanced computer technologies to enhance our processes, improve efficiency, and ensure the highest level of accuracy in the title searches and documentation• Ensure timely and accurate posting of documents

Education

• High school dipolma or higher

Experience

• Proven experience in data entry or a related field.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and abstract complex property-related information.• Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
