As a Growth Product Analyst at Artlist, you will sit at the intersection of Performance Marketing and Product. Your mission is to maximize acquisition and optimize the post-landing user journey. Serving as a key data partner for our Growth Product Squads, you will analyze how incoming traffic interacts with the platform, from landing pages to promotions. You will also act as the primary point of contact for performance fluctuations, bridging the gap between marketing campaigns and internal product funnels.
What You’ll Do
- Product Funnel & Visitor Analysis: Analyze user behavior from the moment traffic lands on the platform. Understand navigation patterns and how users interact with site elements and promotions to drive conversion.
- Performance Triage & Insights: Act as the first line of defense for Performance Marketing and Business Analytics when acquisition or conversion shifts occur. Perform root-cause analysis to identify product friction and route deep-dives to relevant teams when necessary.
- Growth & Acquisition Partner: Partner closely with Product Managers and developers to drive initiatives around landing page optimization, pricing displays, and the self-serve product experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Business Analytics and Performance Marketing to align on traffic quality and campaign performance. Work with Product Marketing (PMM) to execute and measure in-product promotions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product, Growth, or Marketing Analyst in a B2C environment.
- Dual Mindset: Strong understanding of performance marketing (traffic sources, acquisition funnels) and deep expertise in product analytics (user behavior, conversion optimization, A/B testing).
- Technical Mastery: Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale behavioral datasets.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across diverse teams.
- Focus & Execution: Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple data requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted analysis or development workflows (e.g., Claude etc)
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a B2C SaaS or subscription-based company.
- Familiarity with BI visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
