What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong software engineering background and a hands-on mindset to join our DevOps team. This is a highly technical role for someone comfortable writing and reviewing code, while also managing and scaling infrastructure.

Our environment is heavily Azure-based and closely connected to complex, AI-driven production systems. You’ll work closely with R&D and Security teams to improve scalability and reliability, and enhance the developer experience across the organization. We’re looking for someone proactive, collaborative, and independent who can lead technical initiatives and solve complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure primarily based on Azure environments.
• Partner closely with R&D teams to improve development workflows, deployment processes, and engineering productivity.
• Develop internal tools, automations, and infrastructure solutions.
• Lead infrastructure and DevOps initiatives from design to production while driving best practices across engineering teams.
• Support highly complex, production-grade systems tightly integrated with AI and real-time product capabilities.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, observability, and operational excellence across the organization.
• Troubleshoot production and infrastructure issues across multiple environments and services.
• Work closely with developers to understand system architecture, technical challenges, and product requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in R&D / Software Engineering roles.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong coding and software engineering capabilities.
• Proven experience developing production-level code and the ability to read, understand, and work across different programming languages.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or Node.js.
• Significant experience working in cloud-native environments, with a strong preference for Azure.
• Experience working closely with multiple R&D teams in complex engineering environments.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives independently and drive solutions end-to-end.
• Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
