Affiliates, Partners & Influencers Manager

The best growth doesn't always come from ads. Sometimes it comes from the right person saying the right thing to the right audience - and converting. We're looking for a results-driven, sales-first Partnerships Manager to own that channel at Blink. You'll build our affiliate and ambassador network from the ground up, sign the partners, design the incentives, and make sure every referral turns into a real depositing investor.
THE ROLE
You'll be the person who makes it happen - and then scales it. This means recruiting partners proactively, negotiating deals, producing the creative toolkit they need, and running the performance measurement infrastructure that proves the channel works.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a partner acquisition strategy across affiliates, micro-influencers, fintech content creators, and referral ambassadors.
Partner Recruitment: Proactively scout, vet, and onboard new partners - from personal finance influencers to investment communities, loyalty platforms, and niche content sites.
Ambassador Program: Own the full ambassador program launch: compensation model, content toolkit, onboarding flow, and ongoing partner communications.
Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, payout structures, and flat-fee placements to maximize visibility and ROI.
Measurement & Reporting: Set up unique tracking links per partner, ensure clean depositing-customer attribution, and produce monthly performance reports sent to each ambassador.
Campaign Optimization: Analyze performance data continuously - optimize commissions, creative assets, and conversion rates to improve CAC and partner ROI.
Cross-Functional: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance to align messaging, referral UX, and payment flows.
REQUIREMENTS
3–5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or partnership development - preferably in B2C fintech, investment platforms, or high-growth D2C.
Sales-first mindset - you're comfortable cold-reaching a potential partner, pitching Blink, and closing the deal yourself.
Strong negotiator with a track record of structuring performance-based and flat-fee partnership agreements.
Data-driven - comfortable building a payout model with sensitivity analysis, and using affiliate/tracking platforms (e.g. Impact, ShareASale, or equivalent) to drive decisions.
Excellent written communication in Hebrew and English — you'll create the ambassador content toolkit and all partner-facing materials.
Self-starter who can build structure where none exists, move fast, and hit a hard launch deadline.
Bonus: personal interest in investing, personal finance content, or familiarity with the retail investment space.
