Service Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to support turbocharger service operations. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining turbochargers to ensure optimal performance and reliability for our customers. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service standards, both in the workshop and at customer sites, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:
• Perform inspection, maintenance, overhaul, and repair of turbochargers
• Execute disassembly, cleaning, measurement, and assembly according to OEM standards
• Diagnosing faults and perform root cause analysis for turbocharger issues
• Support field service activities, including on-site troubleshooting and emergency repairs
• Ensure all service work is completed in accordance with Accelleron safety standards and quality procedures
• Prepare detailed service reports, including findings, measurements, and recommendations
• Collaborate with workshop team and supervisors to meet turnaround time and service targets
• Maintain proper handling and storage of parts, tools, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, 5S standards, and HSE requirements
Your Background:
• Bachelor's degree in marine or mechanical engineering or related field
• Experience in turbocharger, rotating equipment, or heavy mechanical service is preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, measurements, and tolerances
• Hands-on experience with disassembly and assembly of rotating equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and service instructions
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Willingness to work in both workshop and on-site assignments
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.
