En qualité de Customer Sucess Manager, vous rapporterez au manager du pôle Onboarding au sein de la Direction des Opérations. Vous aurez notamment les missions suivantes :   · Conseil et support aux commerciaux et participation aux négociations commerciales des prospects avec des besoins techniques spécifiques ; · Piloter les projets et assurer la phase après-vente/déploiement des grands comptes ; · Assurer la communication transversale des différents acteurs du projet, suivre le développement et la mise en place des expressions de besoin des clients auprès des Equipes Projets ; · Être l’interlocuteur des clients EV ROAD & fuel tout au long de la phase de déploiement en établissant un rétroplanning, en assurant la tenue des délais et l’engagement des deux parties dans le projet ; · Veiller à la bonne exécution du contrat en s’assurant de la mise en place des comptes et création des cartes en conformité avec les conditions établies et les besoin définis ; · Organiser un briefing de fin de projet suite à la fin du déploiement et aux premières factures de consommation du client ; · Transmission des projets clôturés à l’équipe Service Client Grands Comptes avec les process et les outils nécessaires au suivi du client.     VOTRE PROFIL   Issu(e) d’un Bac+4/+5 école de commerce ou niveau similaire, vous justifiez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans la mise en relation des clients, l’accompagnement stratégique et le développement commercial.   - Maîtrise des outils CRM (Salesforce) - Analyse des données - Gestion de projet - Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en communication. - Capacité à travailler en équipe et à coordonner plusieurs parties prenantes. - Sens de l'organisation et gestion des priorités. - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (en particulier Excel) et des logiciels de gestion de projet.   Langues parlées : Français, Anglais professionnel
