The Sales Representative for Radiometer is responsible for achieving the established sales goals in the Małopolskie Voivodeship
This position is part of the Sales Department and will be remote, i.e. approximately 80% of the time will be spent working in the field and 20% in the home office. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will report to the Senior Sales Manager. If you thrive in a dynamic work, easily establish relationships with clients, and to develop sales of medical products/devices in a company with international standards, this will be the perfect place for you.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, effectively promoting Radiometer products and solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct strategic trade negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements that drive sales growth and market penetration.
- Prepare customized and persuasive commercial offers, tailored to the specific requirements of each customer, to maximize success in closing deals.
- Utilize our advanced CRM system to accurately track and document daily activities, ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the sales team.
- Implement and execute comprehensive sales plans within the designated region, leveraging market insights and opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Education: higher or secondary education; a degree in laboratory diagnostics or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Language skills: Proficiency in Polish and good level of English (minimum B2 level).
- Communication skills: well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Adaptability: Ability to excel under pressure
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel – 80 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
