About the Role

[What the role is]

As a Senior Executive/Deputy Manager/Manager in Examinations Division, you can look forward to involvement in designing and deploying assessment tools, managing digital assessment platforms, and adopting innovative technology solutions to support assessment requirements. Your work will involve collaborating with academic staff, co-training partners and vendors to achieve a reliable assessment system that ensures accuracy and safeguards standards. You’ll also support the exams operations, providing technical assistance and ensuring the integrity of the exam processes.

[What you will be working on]

- Deploy and refine assessment tools to enhance user experiences.

- Adopt technologies to improve assessment processes and enhance user experiences.

- Develop and implement digital assessment projects.

- Analyse and derive insights from assessment data to improve training and learning.

- Provide guidance and service support to ensure the integrity of the exam processes.

[What we are looking for]

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Attention to details, and adept at time management and with high standard of numeracy skills.

- Good knowledge of social services landscape in Singapore.

- Adept in data analysis, visualisation and management of statistical data which require submissions to other governmental agencies.

- Adaptable and flexible in juggling multiple projects and working under pressure.
