About the Role
[What the role is]
As a Senior Executive in the Student Services Department at ITE College West, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing students services to near 8,000 ITE College West students.[What you will be working on]
Your key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating students' applications for financial assistance schemes
- Advising students and their parents on fee payments and plans
- Liaising with external agencies on bursaries, career-counselling, student insurance, surveys and other student-related matters
- Organising student activities and programmes
- Liaising with self-help groups for our students' welfare
- Overseeing the production of our students' concession and other cards
[What we are looking for]
- At least 3 years of working experience
- A team player with good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
