About the Role
[What the role is]
As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.[What you will be working on]
You will be involved in the Estates Management functions and upgrading of ITE’s physical facilities. Your key responsibilities include the following:
- Oversee daily operations of building facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping services;
- Implement campus upgrading, smart building, and digitalisation projects, overseeing them from initiation through to completion;
- Manage service providers and contractors, ensuring performance standards and service level agreements are met;
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements; and
- Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
[What we are looking for]
- Relevant credentials in Engineering/ Building/ Facilities Management or other building-related disciplines;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in project management, contract administration, facilities operations and maintenance;
- Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Candidates with additional certifications such as FSM (Fire Safety Manager) or Green Mark will have a distinct advantage.
