Group Ops Capability Centre (GOCC) in DBS stands at the forefront of transforming banking operations through cutting edge innovation. We accelerate the development and deployment of GenAI capabilities for our :
- Bank's customer servicing hub through the CSO assistant initiative
- Bank's chatbot (JoyBot & DigiBot) and Voicebot within our call telephony system for our customers
- Augment our operations' workforce through the introduction of Document AI - a GenAI capability that integrates seamlessly into operation workflows.

About the role
We are looking for an independent candidate capable in running key tracks under the GenAI project portfolio with our Customer Servicing Hub (CSH) team; main stakeholders includes both CCTR & BusinessCare teams regionally. Additionally, candidate also has an opportunity to partner our Data Chapter teams from Transformation & Data group and ensure a smooth liaison and adherance to GenAI governance lifecycle for the respective GenAI tracks.
In this role, the candidate will drive the design, delivery and management of GenAI projects and governance under customer servicing team for the CSO Assistant initiative, with a focus on improving employee experience and supporting regional scalability.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop, manage and own project plans, schedules and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Teams include but not limited to CSH teams & Data Chapter teams for both project and governance perspective
- Utilize project management tools to plan, execute, and monitor project activities e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Figma
- Leverage GenAI tools and technologies to enhance project management efficiency and decision-making
- Ownership of assisgned project tracks and ensure completion of tasks to meet project timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and track progress independently
- Proficient in using project management & productivity tools such as Microsoft O365, JIRA, Confluence, Figma etc
- Familiarity in project management techniques like Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in applying GenAI tools and technologies within the bank for use in various use cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to face paced environment and able to keep and support to internal and external stakeholders
