About the Role
Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping others and interested in growing with an organization that offers stability and opportunities for advancement.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for our members, assisting with account activity, answering questions, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer payments, inquiries, and service needs
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and delivery options
- Process orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Offer basic technical support and escalate complex issues as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective problem resolution
- Perform general office duties such as filing and preparing mailings
- Follow company policies and communication guidelines to uphold a strong brand image
Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency with computers and customer management systems
