About the Role

Description

 For this role, we’re looking for one 20 hour/week employee who can do the following for all 3 locations:

Essential functions for this role, under minimum supervision, may include conducting weekly walk-throughs at each store (using a checklist):

  • checking for properly closed lock on each unit
  • performing light maintenance (hasp replacement, etc)
  • notifying district manager of any issues such as vacated units, damage to anything, apparent break-ins, etc
  • cutting locks in presence of district manager for units going to auction and taking photos from entry way with iPad
  • cleaning out vacated units in preparation for re-rent (sweeping unit floor, dusting unit doors)
  • picking up detritus
  • reporting daily to the district manager with walk-through results 

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be able to pass drug screen & background check
  • Must have current driver’s license & proof of valid car insurance
  • Must be able to traverse each property and lift or move up to 40lbs of pressure – this is a physical job
  • Must have access to pickup truck to haul discarded items to dump
  • Weekly schedule can be somewhat variable (preferably during daylight hours), so long as each site is attended-to once weekly and district manager approves
