About the Role

Description

San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful renovated pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Catering Sales Manager to our San Diego Mission Bay Resort Family. Our resort has over 45,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, with a superb bay-front location for our catering business.


The responsibilities of this exciting opportunity include:

  • Solicit and develop new business while maintaining existing relationships with the resort’s current catering accounts
  • Implement a successful solicitation strategy in order to meet revenue goals
  • Meet weekly / monthly / quarterly sales and solicitation goals
  • Conduct exceptional site inspections and property tours with potential clients
  • Foster a cooperative team focused work environment, focusing maximum productivity and Team Member morale.
  • Strong customer service and public relations skills

Requirements

To be successful in this position, we’re looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on exceeding revenue goals and creating lifelong memories for their clients. If you are passionate about selling memorable weddings, creating incredible events for local corporate clients, and working at a unique independent resort, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Previous experience with Delphi FDC and a proven track record of catering sales success in upscale independent hotels and resorts, make you a perfect candidate. The OFFER:

In return, you are rewarded with a competitive compensation package including competitive pay, health benefits, matching 401k, Paid Time Off, free parking, free duty meals, On-Demand Pay-Your Pay before Payday, and Discounted Hotel & Food at Noble House Hotels & Resorts nationwide. The role is bonus eligible, with a potential annual incentive payout of 0%-33% of base compensation, subject to plan terms and performance criteria. The position pays ranges from 70,304-$75,000 annually, including base wages, incentives, and fringe benefits.
