Description

Medicine you love. A life you keep.

CNS Occupational Medicine is seeking experienced Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners to join our expanding team throughout the Philadelphia region.

This is a career built for clinicians who are passionate about occupational medicine but who also want to be home for dinner, present on weekends, and free from the grind of on-call rotations and unattainable productivity targets. We believe exceptional patient care starts with providers who are supported, respected, and genuinely satisfied in their work.

Why CNS?

Most healthcare organizations talk about work-life balance. We built our practice around it.

  • Monday through Friday schedule: no weekends, no holidays, no on-call
  • Competitive compensation with an annual discretionary bonus tied to organizational success, not RVU quotas
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) with company contribution
  • Generous paid time off
  • CME allowance with paid CME time
  • Full malpractice coverage
  • Company-paid NRCME / DOT Medical Examiner Certification training and recertification

Practice exclusively in occupational medicine, a focused, rewarding specialty with real variety and meaningful patient relationships:

  • Workplace injury evaluation and treatment
  • Laceration repair and minor procedures
  • Occupational eye injury management
  • Musculoskeletal assessment and return-to-work planning
  • DOT and non-DOT physical examinations
  • OSHA surveillance examinations
  • Employer-focused preventive health services
  • Collaboration with employers, safety professionals, and case managers

  • Commitment to evidence-based medicine and excellent customer service
