Beverage Warehouse Assistant

Position Overview: Beverage Assistant
Grand View Lodge is looking for a motivated, organized Beverage Assistant to support our Food & Beverage operations. This is a great entry point into the beverage world — you'll work alongside our Purchasing Manager, assist with bar setups and breakdowns, help keep inventory tight and organized, and jump in to support bartenders when the pace picks up. No two days look exactly the same, and that's part of what makes it a great learning opportunity. If you're a self-starter who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you. High performers who demonstrate initiative and operational growth have a path into a Bartender role within our F&B team.
About Grand View Lodge & Cote Hospitality:
For over 100 years, Cote Hospitality has crafted transformative guest experiences across world-class resorts and camps. At Grand View Lodge, that means exceptional wellness woven into a full resort lifestyle, golf, dining, events, and more, all grounded in our CoteCares culture of belonging, respect, and shared purpose. We're invested in your growth here: this role comes with real opportunity to advance and expand your skills within our Food and Beverage department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support beverage and cooler deliveries, vending machine restocking, and outlet transfer coordination across the property.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down service bars for lakeside events, concert series, private parties, and more.
- Count, rotate, and quality-check inventory following FIFO (first in, first out) standards — accuracy matters here.
- Keep the beverage warehouse clean, organized, and operationally ready at all times.
- Step in to support bartenders during high-volume periods as needed.
- Contribute ideas for improving efficiency and reducing waste in beverage operations.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
- This is a resort hospitality role — availability on weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons is required.
What You Bring:
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to be on your feet for extended periods — this role involves walking, lifting, reaching, climbing stairs, and moving product regularly.
- Ability to lift up to 90 lbs (kegs, cases, and boxes are part of the job).
- Comfort reading labels, writing basic reports, and using a computer for inventory and operational tasks.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented — you take initiative without being asked and pitch in wherever needed.
- A valid driver's license with a clean record of at least one year; occasional use of a company vehicle may be required.
Why Join Us:
You'll be part of a team that genuinely invests in its people. CoteCares isn't a tagline, it's how we show up for each other every day. You'll have the tools, support, and team culture to do your best work, with real opportunity to grow your career within our spa and resort program.
