Motion Designer

How you support our team

• Creating branded digital video content and assets with an international focus for all brands in our portfolio 
• Working together with interdisciplinary teams on animation briefs and having an active role in concepting the final video asset output 
• Advising on the quality of each production step and contributing with specialised feedback that helps everyone complete their tasks successfully 
• Contributing to the production of recurring branded content series for various brands as part of the content production team
• Creating relevant video content with a mobile-first approach for our eCommerce customer journey 
• Collaborating with cross-departmental communication teams to create a consistent brand image across all of our audience touch points 
• Ensuring a consistent level of quality and minimal turnaround times for video projects 
• Keeping a natural and engaging flow in each piece of video content while always keeping in mind the creative idea and concept behind the content 
• Supporting and consulting other members of the creative team from a technical expert perspective on video formats and possibilities

What sets you apart

• You have several years of relevant work experience in motion design, animation and video editing, either in an advertising agency or a production / post-production house
• You are up to date on industry standards & best practices in video productions, with a focus on digital channels 
• You have a deep know-how of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge of other industry software such as Davinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro X etc. is a plus 
• You have experience with AI graphic and video tools and are fast to adapt to new technologies
• You are experienced in motion design/motion graphics and create engaging video assets from stills, knowledge in 3D animations is a plus but not required
• You have a strong sense of visual storytelling, transitions and pacing
• You have strong skills in montage and sound editing
• You are solution-oriented, efficient, and have a track record of working well in interdisciplinary and international teams
• You’re known for your characteristic balance of creativity and efficiency as well as your attention to detail
• You work well under pressure and enjoy developing efficient solutions to scale our output on an international level while maintaining high quality standards
• You are a self-starter and have a team-focused attitude with a good standing
• You are fluent in English
