Data Analyst, Business Intelligence (Ride)

Job Description
Analyze business, operational, and customer data to identify trends and actionable insights
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for bookings, revenue, campaigns, and operational performance
Support business teams in monitoring key metrics including conversion, voucher performance, customer growth, and ride activity
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and support data-driven decision making
Finding key insights based on trends and drivers’ and passengers’ behaviors and present it to key stakeholders
Perform data validation and ensure reporting accuracy across multiple data sources
Assist in campaign analysis, performance tracking, and ad-hoc business analysis
Prepare clear presentations and summaries to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Support process improvement and reporting automation initiatives
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines
2 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related fields
Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills
Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
Python knowledge or automation experience is an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good business understanding
Able to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in ecommerce, ride-hailing, or digital platforms is an added advantage
