Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic/Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of visual content across digital, print, and motion platforms. This position requires a blend of artistic talent and technical proficiency to bring compelling storytelling and brand experiences to life through visuals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Design and produce multimedia content including graphics, animations, videos, presentations, and interactive media for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and internal communications.
- Collaborate to conceptualize and execute design solutions aligned with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Create print collateral such as brochures, posters, and event materials as needed.
- Ensure all content is optimized for various platforms and devices.
- Maintain and organize asset library.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
Requirements
Required Skills & Abilities

- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in multimedia design, video production, or a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate, Audition, and Multimedia Encoder.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Valued, but not required skills & experience
- Experience working in a marketing or creative agency setting.
- Ability to read and write HTML and CSS code a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

- Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is inside a central heat and air-conditioned office building. The noise level in the work environment is minimal.
