About the Role

Join the team at The Boar's Head Spa as a Spa Supervisor and play a vital role in delivering exceptional wellness experiences to our guests. We are seeking a dedicated and professional leader who is passionate about customer service, wellness, and team management. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery

- Supervise and support spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and other team members

- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

- Manage appointment scheduling, retail sales, and inventory control

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in all spa areas

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly

- Assist in staff training, development, and performance evaluations

- Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies and special packages

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and spa policies



Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:


- Proven experience in spa management or supervisory roles within the wellness or hospitality industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry standards

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

- Relevant certifications or licenses in spa therapy or management are a plus
