Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.
At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.
We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.
We're looking for a Community Operations Manager to join our team at Barefoot, a vibrant master-planned community in Firestone, Colorado.
Located between Denver and Fort Collins, Barefoot offers residents a unique blend of outdoor recreation, beautiful amenities, and strong neighborhood connections. With two signature lakes, gathering spaces, trails, and a growing resident population, the community is designed to bring people together and foster an exceptional quality of life.
In this role, you'll help support the operational success of the community by overseeing compliance initiatives, design review processes, community standards, stakeholder communications, and governance-related activities. Working closely with community leadership, district partners, volunteer leaders, and residents, you'll play a key role in protecting and enhancing the community experience residents value.
This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, solve complex challenges, and contribute to a community where stewardship, connection, and resident engagement are at the heart of everyday life.
If you're someone who enjoys problem-solving, community leadership, relationship-building, and creating positive outcomes for residents and stakeholders, we'd love to meet you.
