About the Role

Description

US Auto Trust is a dynamic and growing automotive dealership group committed to delivering exceptional customer service and representing world-class automotive brands such as Cadillac, Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Aston Martin. 


Ferrari Dallas is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our high-performance sales team. The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury automotive buying experience by guiding customers through the full sales process, from initial engagement to vehicle delivery. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, product knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment


Responsibilities: 

  • Greet and engage customers in a professional, welcoming manner to deliver a luxury brand experience
  • Understand customer needs and present appropriate vehicle options and product features
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and walkarounds
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral business
  • Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Stay current on product knowledge, pricing, incentives, and competitive offerings
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales performance targets
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking customer preferences and market demand
  • Ensure all sales processes are completed in compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Provide consistent follow-up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of automotive luxury sales experience preferred 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for luxury service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
