Order Desk Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator
Position Purpose:
The Sample Operations & E-commerce Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of product samples and the administrative support of Amazon sales channels. This role requires a balance of physical labor (picking/packing) and technical administration (ERP management/Amazon Seller Central). Success in this role is defined by accuracy in inventory, speed of fulfillment, and seamless team collaboration.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
A. Fulfillment & Quality Management
- Execute the physical assembly and packaging of sample orders across all product lines.
- Manage specialized sample projects, ensuring all components meet brand specifications.
- Conduct final quality inspections on all outgoing samples tomaintaincompany standards.
- Organize andmaintainthe physical sample library and fulfillment station.
B. Administrative & ERP Systems
- Process all sample orders throughSPSsystem from entry to completion.
- Generate domestic and international shipping labels andcustomsdocumentation.
- Manage the centralized "Sample Inbox," serving as the primary point of contact forall Triton team members.
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records to ensure 100% accuracy across all lines.
C. Amazon Sales Support
- Provide operational support for Amazon Sales, including manual order entry and tracking.
- Facilitatesomepurchasing fordirect-to-customer shipments.
- Manage the Amazon Seller Portal communications, including customer inquiries and return authorizations.
- Monitor Amazon-specific inventory levels and report discrepancies.
D. Supply Chain & Logistics
- Maintain inventory levels of packing materials (boxes, tape, inserts, and protective wrap).
- Initiate procurement requests for supplies to prevent fulfillment delays.
3. Competencies & Expectations
- Shared Accountability:Mustoperatein a "Total Team" environment where all duties are shared equally; no task is considered above or below any team member.
- Process Discipline:Strict adherence to ERP workflows to ensure data integrity.
- Communication:Ability to translate complex internal requests into clear customer-facing updates.
4. Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours per day.
- Ability to lift and carry upto45lbsindependently.
- Manual dexterityrequiredfor precise packaging and labeling.
- Environment:Must be comfortable working in both an office environment and a warehouse/sample storage area.
Salary Range: $19-25/hr
