About the Role

Job Description

Join our Employer Branding and Internal Communications team and help shape how Evolution is seen both internally and externally.

As a Junior Employer Branding and Communications Specialist, you will support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, employer branding campaigns, promotional activities and partnerships that help strengthen Evolution's position as an employer of choice.

Working closely with different departments, external partners and service providers, you will contribute to projects that connect people with our brand and culture.

Day to day:

  • Coordinate internal communication activities and maintain communication channels.
  • Create and adapt content for internal and external communication platforms.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Assist in organizing employer branding campaigns, promotional activities and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Research and identify new partnership, sponsorship and promotional opportunities.
  • Coordinate cooperation with universities, event organizers, agencies, suppliers and other external partners.
  • Support social media and employer branding content creation.
  • Monitor campaign and activity results and assist in reporting.

Qualifications

  • You have a degree (or are currently studying) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management or a related field.
  • You are interested in employer branding, communications and employee engagement.
  • You enjoy building relationships and communicating with different stakeholders.
  • You are proactive and not afraid to reach out to new partners and contacts.
  • You are organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
  • You enjoy turning ideas into reality and seeing projects through from concept to execution.
  • You have knowledge about Vilnius and it’s culture.
