About the Role

Short title

Plan, deliver, and grow Influencer Marketing campaigns end-to-end. 

Salary: USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year.

Introduction

Pulse Advertising is growing in the USA! We’re seeking a Client and Influencer Marketing Manager to help deliver exciting campaigns. Clients include world-leading brands across industries, including FMCG, fashion and automotive. You’ll be part of a small and growing US team, while receiving huge global support from the 100+ Pulse staff around the globe. The role is remote, but in-person client engagement and production assistance is expected periodically. 
The Influencer Marketing Manager is the key client and influencer contact, acting as the project manager and go-between. You negotiate hard, forge strong relationships with clients and know how social media (including paid social!) works. 
Salary: USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year.

Your tasks

  • You manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, owning creator briefing, negotiation, content review, go-live coordination, and post-campaign reporting across your client portfolio.
  • You lead day-to-day client relationships as the primary point of contact, running status calls, preparing QBRs, and ensuring clients always know where their campaigns stand.
  • You own account health across your portfolio, tracking scope, flagging over and under-servicing early, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow the relationship.
  • You coordinate cross-functionally with Strategy, Creator, Production, and Paid teams, acting as the single point of accountability for delivery on your accounts.
  • You understand data and analytics and can produce actionable insights and trend reporting in presentation formats. 
  • You are willing and able to join in-person client photo and video shoots and support with organizational production needs. 

Your skills

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally agency-side, with a track record of managing campaigns independently and owning client relationships.
  • You are fluent across major social platforms and stay genuinely close to creator culture, trends, and platform developments without being prompted.
  • You are a strong client communicator who can manage senior stakeholders, handle difficult conversations, and keep relationships healthy under pressure.
  • You work efficiently and are fluent with AI tooling. You actively use AI day-to-day to speed up research, drafting, reporting, and analysis, and you are excited to help shape how Pulse uses AI across the influencer marketing workflow.
  • You will be joining a small, agile team, so you’re comfortable with ambiguity and autonomous decision making.
