  • Assist members with safe deposit boxes, including opening and closing access
  • Review and explain credit reports in a way that actually makes sense to members
  • Guide members through the loan process—from application to closing

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a financial institution
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (in person and/or over the phone)
  • 1+ year of cash handling experience
  • Confidence, adaptability, and the ability to walk into any branch and hit the ground running
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • No two days (or locations) are the same—you’ll keep things fresh and interesting
  • You’ll build relationships across multiple teams and communities
  • You’ll grow your skills across teller services, accounts, and lending
  • You’ll be part of a supportive team that values flexibility, service, and impact

Travel Perks (Yes, You Get Paid to Get There)

As a Float, you’ll travel between branches—and we make sure that time is valued. You’ll be paid for your drive time by receiving a $320 monthly travel stipend to help cover the road. We know flexibility matters, and we make sure it pays off.
