Ascend Vision Partners (AVP) is not looking for a traditional Marketing Manager.  We’re looking for a builder. An AI-native growth leader who wants to help create the modern blueprint for how high-performing marketing organizations operate in the AI era. 

At AVP, you won’t inherit a massive team, layers of bureaucracy, or endless meetings.

Instead, you’ll sit at the executive table and directly shape the growth trajectory of a rapidly expanding healthcare platform — using AI, automation, analytics, creativity, and relentless execution to create the output for results.

You’ll own enterprise-wide marketing initiatives across digital, referral, grassroots, and traditional channels and this will enable:

• Commercial payor mix improvement

Requirements

Ideal Background

• 2–5+ years of marketing experience
• Strong digital marketing and demand generation expertise
• Experience in ophthalmology, aesthetics, dental, dermatology, orthopedic, or specialty healthcare is highly attractive but not required
• Proven success in driving measurable growth
• Comfortable operating with limited resources and high accountability
• The ideal candidate will be very familiar and have examples of using the following tools:  ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, HubSpot Ai, Jasper Runway, Midjourney
