We're Hiring!
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is growing and looking for a highly organized Service Dispatcher to support our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams. If you enjoy helping customers, coordinating schedules, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate appointments, follow-up visits, and technician schedules
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment status and service updates
- Maintain accurate customer records and job information in ServiceTitan
- Support technicians with scheduling, routing, and job completion
- Help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- 1+ year of dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience
- ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
- HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
