**Mon-Fri 7:45am - 4:15pm**


General Summary
Administrative Associates are responsible for welcoming families and visitors to the center, providing support with day-to-day clerical tasks, and maintaining the security of the center by following company procedures and OCFS guidelines. Administrative Associates provide exceptional customer service to internal staff, external sources, and the families we serve in the early intervention program.


What you’ll be doing at Autism Care Partners

  • Answer and direct phone calls accordingly.
  • Maintain visitor’s log and ask for ID accordingly.
  • Record and monitor student attendance as per OCFS daycare guidelines.
  • Set up school bus routing for new students.
  • Communicate with assigned school bus company regularly for updates on arrival and dismissal schedule.
  • Schedule tours with following up with families and Service Coordinators.
  • Perform clerical duties (maintain spreadsheets, disseminate center notices for parents, collect progress reports from teachers, etc.)
  • Receive and forward any incoming mail.
  • Monitor evaluations schedule at the center and email paperwork to the evaluations department.
  • Update enrollment in ICASE

Parent Communication:

  • Communicate with parents on an ongoing basis regarding center updates and closures.
  • Assist with coordinating center events and verifying parent attendance.
  • Create Welcome Packets for tours.
  • Ensure students’ emergency contact forms are up to date.
  • Assist administration with occasionally doing tours for new families.
  • Follow up with families regarding cancellations

Electronic Database Clerical Duties:

  • Add new center-based staff and students on ICASE apps.
  • Add children’s outcomes and objectives on ICASE apps as updated Individualized Family Service Plans are obtained.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma
  • At least one year of college education required
  • Bilingual Spanish required
