We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Private Banking Insurance Channel Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Act as a key contact point for Private Bank Insurance Sales team to facilitate Private Bank’s life insurance sales, closely monitor the sales performance of Private Bank channels and initiate follow-up action in order to meet the business target
  • Develop master plan to devise the business support requirements and leverage on internal and external connections to deliver effective and specialized insurance support so as to facilitate PB channel to achieve the insurance AOP targets
  • Maintain close and effective working relationships with sales channels, and co-ordinate professional services that satisfy the business needs of frontline staff
  • Formulate, review and refine selling process framework to ensure sales quality and pursue the best practices
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to develop training courses/ activities to enhance professionalism and quality of the sales force, establish monitoring mechanism to oversee the business performance of PB channel
  • Facilitate the sales force of responsible channels to comply with all relevant internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements on insurance selling activities and practice
  • Assist the Chief Distribution Officer to facilitate sales programs and business initiatives in order to achieve insurance sales goal
  • Assist the Chief Distribution Officer in devising holistic sales and business strategies to grow the insurance business for the various channels and monitor their effectiveness in achieving Insurance sales targets

 

Requirements 

  • University degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Insurance or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' working experience in the banking and/or insurance company, preferably with HNW, private banking or client facing experience
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and exercise discretion and judgment in driving through projects
  • Self-motivated, able to work effectively and remain positive under pressure
  • Customer centric mindset with ability in managing complex interactions effectively
  • Committed to improve oneself with ability in embracing change, overcoming challenges, seeing effort as a path to mastery, learning from criticism and finding lessons in the success of others
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
