What you'll be doing  

Team Leadership & Beauty Advisor Management

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve individual and store performance goals.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans.

  • Train new and existing team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service standards, and company policies.

  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure every customer receives exceptional service and personalized beauty consultations.

  • Resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally and promptly.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement actions to enhance the overall shopping experience.

  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer engagement and service excellence.

Sales & KPI Management

  • Drive store sales performance and achievement of revenue targets.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including:

    • Sales revenue

    • Conversion rate

    • Average transaction value (ATV)

    • Units per transaction (UPT)

    • Customer retention and loyalty program performance

    • Individual team member sales performance

  • Develop and execute action plans to improve sales results and KPI performance.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.

Store Operations

  • Oversee all day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, stock counts, and loss prevention initiatives.

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation aligns with brand guidelines.

  • Coordinate receiving, transfers, and inventory accuracy activities.

Business Performance & Reporting

  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

  • Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Support store management in implementing business strategies and operational initiatives.

  • Monitor expenses and contribute to achieving profitability objectives.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 2–5 years of retail supervisory or leadership experience, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or luxury retail.

  • Proven experience managing sales teams and driving KPI performance.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and retail reporting tools.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
