Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers and technicians with parts needs
- Look up, order, and stock parts accurately
- Maintain inventory and keep the department organized
- Deliver excellent customer service
Preferred:
- 1–2 years of automotive or parts experience
- Experience with dealership systems (CDK, Dealertrack)
- Parts catalog experience (OEM or aftermarket)
- OEM experience (Hyundai or Chrysler preferred)
- Experience in an automotive parts retail or service environment
