Description

Resident Care Manager (RN) – Lead from the Floor
Skilled Nursing Facility | Libby, MT

Are you a nurse leader who thrives on both leading a team and being hands-on in resident care? We’re looking for a Resident Care Manager who brings strong clinical expertise, coaching skills, and a passion for quality outcomes.

This is a working leadership role—perfect for someone who wants to stay close to the residents and the team, not behind a desk.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical leadership and daily oversight of resident care delivery
  • Partner with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes and regulatory compliance
  • Support, coach, and mentor CNAs and nursing staff
  • Participate in admissions, assessments, and care planning
  • Assist with floor coverage as needed (med passes, direct care, resident support)
  • Monitor and drive quality indicators (falls, infections, skin integrity, etc.)
  • Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Active RN license (state-specific)
  • Experience in SNF/LTC strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
  • Strong clinical judgment and hands-on care skills
  • Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with direct patient care
  • Organized, solutions-focused, and committed to resident-centered care

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Leadership + bedside balance – stay connected to your team and residents
  • Opportunity to influence culture, quality, and outcomes
  • Supportive leadership team and collaborative environment
  • Competitive pay + benefits package
  • Growth opportunities within a multi-site organization

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Scheduling based on facility needs (may include some weekend/holiday rotation)

Apply today and make a difference where it matters most—at the bedside.
