PART TIME JANITOR

Job Summary

Modesto Toyota is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout our facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows cleaning procedures, and works efficiently with minimal supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas 
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the facility 
• Empty trash and replace liners 
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, doors, and entryways 
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed 
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management 
• Follow all company safety procedures and cleaning protocols 
• Assist with special cleaning projects when needed

Requirements

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, WORK ENVIROMENTS, and WORK SCHEDULE:

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Safely work with team to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100 pounds. Stand, walk or sit for long periods of time without resting. Ability to perform routine kneeling, crouching or crawling. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. WORK LOCATION:

This position may require traveling to other locations as required. 

Job Type: 

Part time, non-exempt. Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
