Build Something New — Where It’s Truly Needed

We are exploring the launch of a new pediatric practice in Shelbyville and are seeking a pediatrician who wants more than a traditional associate role.

This is a rare opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up in a community with growing demand for accessible, high-quality pediatric care.

This is a provider-led expansion with flexibility around timing and location to ensure the right long-term fit.

From day one, you will play a meaningful role in shaping the clinical experience, care model, and community relationships of a practice built to last.
