About the Role

POSITION SUMMARY

The Clinical Analyst supports both clinical and administrative team members in driving quality healthcare outcomes. The Clinical Analyst plays a key role in enabling efficiency and effectiveness of care coordination across a responsible patient population. 


ESTIMATED TIME ALLOCATION

· Care coordination (40%)

· Data integrity (40%)

· Analysis, planning, preparation, and continuous improvement (20%)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead care coordination for responsible patient population.

· Execute in alignment with PCMH standards to provide patient-centered care.

· Acquire and organize data and information for review by physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.

· Effectively execute across internal systems and external portals to support both quality outcomes and maximum reimbursement.

· Build collaborative relationships with both team members and external partners.

· Collaborate with support departments to drive continuous improvement (e.g. systems, data, revenue cycle, quality).

· Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the organization. 

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a degree focused upon skills development within analysis and process improvement.
