HVAC Apprentice – Entry Level (Paid Training)

We’re hiring a motivated and dependable HVAC Apprentice to join our residential team. This is a hands-on, paid training opportunity where you’ll work alongside experienced technicians and learn installs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

No experience required — we’re looking for the right attitude and work ethic.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable using hand tools and working in different environment 
  • Professional and respectful with customers and teammates
     

Bonus (not required):

  • HVAC or construction experience 
  • EPA Certification 
  • Trade school or HVAC schooling
