Human Resources Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and support our organization’s growth and success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational development and employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract top talent

- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll programs

- Lead initiatives for employee development, training, and engagement

- Maintain HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics

- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture


Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
