Food & Beverage Director


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead our hospitality team and elevate our dining and beverage services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest experience, oversee operations, and drive business growth within a vibrant and customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a strategic mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, catering, and room service.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of managers, supervisors, and staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.

- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and prepare budgets and forecasts.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.

- Collaborate with other departments to create promotional events, menus, and special offers.

- Conduct regular staff training and development programs to maintain service excellence.

- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.

- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and cost control.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategic plans.

- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
