Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Croatian via phone, chat, and email promptly and effectively.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues related to products or services.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up on customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems efficiently.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the support team.
  • Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and teamwork orientation.
