Restaurant Outlet Manager - Dubai

This role falls under our Five Guys umbrella. As our Five Guys team continues to grow, we’re in search of a Outlet Manager for our Dubai location. In this role, you will work closely with the Assistant Restaurant Manager(s), Supervisors and Crew Members to ensure that store is running at the highest possible level. To ensure customer and employee satisfaction through the tools provided including the Secret Shopper program. To increase and maintain profitability of the assigned store as well as build sales to achieve and exceed budgets.

Responsibilities

• Effectively work with District/Operations Manager to deliver all main KPI's in the business.
• Effectively manage Assistant Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and Crew Members for Five Guys store.
• Maintain safe, secure and healthy working environment by enforcing health and safety standards whilst ensuring brand and local municipality standards are maintained as per guidelines.
• Development plan in place for all members of store personnel, with an ongoing review system.
• Oversee the preparation of store schedule to ensure that store meets the minimum requirements of staff to cover shifts for leaves, personal emergencies, etc.
• Supervise the preventative maintenance schedules of the store.
• Full ownership of inventory and ordering to ensure Cost of Goods is no more than the specified monthly target.
• Meet store financial objectives by developing and implementing strategies to increase average checks.
• Review daily reports for refunds, discounts, deposits, overages / shortages, tip jar and change orders.
• Manage Secret Shopper program to achieve the yearly target.
• Conduct audits on an as needed basis or as per audit schedule.
• Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience food and beverage industry and reporting in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
