Benson, Young & Downs Insurance Agency is seeking someone great to join our team as a Client Support Representative. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our team of insurance professionals and clients. Duties include answering phones, greeting visitors, processing administrative tasks, and additional clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, a desire to learn and grow, as well as the ability to multi-task and work independently.

Position Details: 

  • Full-time; Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm 
  • In office - Provincetown MA
  • The expected salary range for this position is $20–$25 per hour. We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions, including experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. 

Requirements


  • Previous experience in a customer service setting preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a team or independently
  • Time and Task Management Skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
